New on the menu: Ethiopia Guji ☕
Fresh off the roaster — blueberry, jasmine and a clean honey finish. On the shelf from Thursday. #specialtycoffeeYour content is already made. Posting it shouldn't be a second job.
Most tools lead with AI writing. We start with the real problem: re-uploading, resizing and re-typing the same post for every network, then hoping it went out.
- 1
Drop it in
One file, a batch, a spreadsheet, or a watched cloud folder. Your editor saves a video; PostWide picks it up.
- 2
Set the rhythm
Pick a time, a queue or a recurring slot. PostWide crops, transcodes and adapts captions for each network.
- 3
Walk away
It publishes on time, retries on its own, and tells you plainly if anything needs you. No double posts.
Everything for publishing. Nothing in the way.
- Core
Upload once, publish everywhere
One upload becomes correctly formatted posts for every connected network — crops, transcodes, per-network caption variants and required fields handled for you.
- Automation
Batch, spreadsheet & watched folders
Plan a month in one go, import from a CSV, or point PostWide at a Drive or Dropbox folder and let the queue fill itself.
- Reliability
Never fails silently
Pre-flight checks, token-health alerts and automatic retries. A per-post timeline shows exactly what happened.
- Agencies
Many clients, one place
Client labels keep accounts, posts and media organized. Clients connect their accounts via a link — no seat needed.
- Developers
API, webhooks & MCP
On every plan. Agent-created posts land as drafts until a person schedules them.
- Teamscoming
Roles, client separation & approvals
Admin, publisher and free customer-viewer roles, with full separation between clients and an approval flow. Designed in from day one; arriving after launch.
- Optional
AI help — only when you ask
Suggest captions or repurpose a long video into posts. Off by default, never edits your content on its own, and can be disabled entirely for clients who don't want it.
“Set it and forget it” only works if it never fails quietly.
Every post has a delivery timeline, and problems surface before the post is due — not after the client notices.
- ScheduledPre-flight check
- T-15 minTokens, media & quotas re-checked
- UploadingRetries on transient errors
- ProcessingIdempotent — never twice
- PublishedPermalink saved
Proactive alertsExpiring or broken connections are flagged before they block a post.
Plain-language failuresIf a network rejects a post, you get the reason and a one-click fix.
No surprise double postsRetries are safe: each post goes out exactly once.

Questions, answered.
What is PostWide?
PostWide is an automated social media publishing tool for creators and agencies. You upload the photos, videos and captions you already made, once, and it publishes them to every connected network on schedule, formatted for each one, and tells you plainly if anything needs you.
How much does PostWide cost?
Planned launch pricing is $19/month (Creator), $39/month (Pro), $79/month (Agency), and $199/month (Agency Scale), with two months free on yearly billing. Every plan has unlimited users and posts and a 14-day trial; there is no free plan. Pricing may change before release.
Which networks are supported?
We're launching with Instagram, Facebook Pages and X, with TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Threads, Bluesky and more following. Waitlist members get a say in the order.
Do I have to use AI?
No. Everything — upload, schedule, publish, measure — works without it. AI is an optional, clearly labeled extra, and can be turned off for your whole organization.
How is this different from Buffer or Hootsuite?
PostWide is built around automation of content you already have: batches, queues and watched folders. Pricing is flat by accounts and clients, with unlimited users and posts.
Does PostWide have an API?
Yes. An API, webhooks and an MCP server for AI agents are included on every plan. Posts created by an agent land as drafts until a person schedules them.
Can my clients see their own schedule?
Client labels are available from launch. Customer-viewer access, roles, approvals and full client separation are coming shortly after.
When does it open?
We're letting people in gradually. Join the waitlist and you'll get one email when your spot opens.
What do you do with my email?
We use it only to tell you about PostWide's launch. We don't sell or share it.
